Enrique Morales has been in the real estate business since 2001. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology, with a concentration in Psychology. He has presided over several trade associations, most notably the local Board of Realtors in 2015 and the Puerto Rico chapter of the National association of Hispanic real estate professional (NAHREP) in 2019. Mr Morales holds several certifications and designations, among them IRES (international Real estate specialist), CCP(certified commercial practitioner), and SFR (short sale and foreclosure resource).
Enrique brings his 20 years’ expertise to each transaction, averaging more than 75 transactions per year. Our company Divine Properties specializes in high end transactions, estate sales and probate cases. His bilingual background enables the team to work in multiple states and platforms. We also provide our clients with proven and seasoned real estate attorneys and accountants at no extra cost
